Sundowner’s Will Cook Your Fish

Looking for an oceanfront seafood restaurant to stop at on your trip down the Florida Keys? If so, welcome to Sundowner’s, I can vouch for it myself having eaten there just 3 weeks ago. May I recommend the stuffed olives as an appetizer… they’re nothing less than absolutely delicious! Yum! Upon arrival you’ll first see their sign along the main road with a very large fish hanging on the front. The sign behind the fish head reads: We’ll Cook Your Fish. I wonder if they would cook your fish if you brought one that big? Hmmm… with a fish that size you’d...

AWESOME PLACE! Located at 525 Duval Street in Key West, this watering hole is famous for several things. It’s home to the dollar bill covered tree & wagon wheel along with its “YOU ARE HERE” sign both of which are able to be captured in a single photo. How many times in your life have you known exactly the longitude & latitude of where you were standing! This is also a popular gathering place to rejuvenate your thirst needs before tackling the rest of Duval Streets many offerings. So on your next trip down put this on your to-do list; it’s definitely worth a stop by for a look at or...

Roberts (better known as Pearl) who died in 1979. Key West offers a FREE Self-Guided Tour brochure available below the historical marker at the main entrance to the cemetery. Below is one that says “I’m just resting my eyes” are the last words of Gloria Russell located above B.P....

Jet Ski Training At Ibis Bay

Sometimes you just have to be in the right place at the right time… and this was one of them! After our daily 3-4hr bike ride around the island of Key West, we found ourselves at a table ordering lunch and chilling with some long neck bottles! Within minutes a group of 13 water-bound Evel Knievel wannabe’s mounted their jet skies for a 10-minute lesson on ‘What’ and ‘What not to do’ in the open water. Though putting on a good face as they pretended to listen, there minds were reeling with only one passion in mind… that’s right “Hauling Butt”...
